Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to customers.

Lost Timber Company sells apparel, accessories, and related merchandise. Many products are printed, embroidered, or otherwise produced on demand after an order is placed.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing information, availability, and prices accurately. However:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen.

  • Product dimensions and sizing may vary slightly by garment manufacturer.

  • Print or embroidery placement may have normal production variations.

  • Product images may include digital mockups for presentation purposes.

  • Actual products may differ slightly from their online appearance.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, discontinue, or replace products without prior notice.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Most Lost Timber Company products are made specifically for the customer after purchase. Production may begin shortly after an order is submitted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their product, design, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and other order details before completing checkout.

Because customized products cannot generally be restocked or resold, orders are subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy. Buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, and changes of mind generally do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required by applicable law.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product or material unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Technical or inventory errors

  • Orders that may infringe intellectual-property rights

  • Circumstances preventing lawful or practical fulfillment

If we cancel an order before production for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct, we will issue any appropriate refund to the original payment method.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be sent to production soon after purchase. Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted immediately through our Contact page.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, an order may no longer qualify for cancellation or a full refund. Once a product has been printed, embroidered, or customized, its product cost is generally nonrefundable.

7. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout. Prices may change without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when available. International customers may be responsible for additional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or government fees that are not collected by Lost Timber Company.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted. If an error affects your order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Lost Timber Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, holidays, labor disruptions, incorrect addresses, inventory shortages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and monitoring tracking information. Returned or undeliverable orders may require an additional shipping payment before they can be sent again.

Shipping terms, tracking procedures, international customs responsibilities, and lost-package conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Verified production defects, damaged products, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within the timeframe stated in that policy. We may require photographs, packaging information, shipping labels, or other documentation before approving a resolution.

Customers should not mail products to Lost Timber Company, Apliiq, or an address appearing on a shipping label without receiving return authorization and instructions.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Intellectual Property

The Lost Timber Company name, logos, slogans, product names, artwork, apparel designs, photographs, graphics, written content, and website presentation are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Lost Timber Company LLC.

This content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade-dress, and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, manufacture, sell, publicly display, publish, scrape, download, or commercially exploit our content or designs without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, logo, trademark, or other intellectual property.
